Once a bustling riverside community home to tens of thousands of people, what does Wangjiang in Chongqing, China, look like today? In this 4K walk, my husband and I explore an old neighborhood, from steep hillside paths to aging residential buildings and the everyday streets below. We begin our little adventure with a bag of sunflower seeds and slowly make our way up the hillside. Some people still live on these slopes, and I can’t help wondering what daily life is like for those who have to walk up and down these paths.
