Xbox One S Turns On Then Off After 5 Seconds – Full Dismantle & Fault Check

In this video I take apart a faulty Xbox One S that powers on for around 5 seconds before shutting off. During testing, the console briefly powers up and the APU begins to warm up, but it doesn’t stay on long enough to fully boot. I go through a full dismantle to inspect the internal components and see what’s worth salvaging. This is part of my ongoing series buying faulty consoles and breaking them down for parts and resale.
