FIRST BOOTCAMP IN A HEATWAVE | ALMOSTED VOMMED!

Hello lovelies, I hope we're all shining, thriving and giving ourselves some love today. We must be mad doing our first ever bootcamp class together in a heatwave but we gave it a good go! Definitely was challenging but I hope you enjoy watching us sweat haha. We've signed up for 6 more sessions when Tom gets back from Ireland so we'll keep you up to date with our progress. Let me know if you enjoying training with me/us and if so I'll make sure to film more workout sessions. Sending lots of love x NEW INSTAGRAM: Joannamaypemberton
