Recorded live at the Herbert Von King Park Amphitheater in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, this session was a true masterclass reunion of the key architects who shaped the New York sound system culture from the ground up. This historic dance marked an emotional milestone as Shinehead (Kingston 12 HiFi) officially declared this link-up his "graduation day." After coming up through the legendary Downbeat the Ruler school, Shinehead stood proudly on stage as a full-fledged graduated soundman alongside his legendary mentor, Tony Screw. Downbeat capped off the day with an unmatched selection of heavy custom specials. They stood alongside fellow cornerstones and vinyl masters Sir Tommy and Jah Wise (Tippatone), joined by an elite roster featuring Mellow Tex, Chanter, and Dj Misbehaviour. 👑 SPECIAL GUESTS & FOUNDATION ARTISTS IN ATTENDANCE The energy drew out the ultimate architects of the culture.
