I'm back to claim the record!
I used a lot of frame advancing and pause buffering, because there are too many frame perfects needed to get this fast.
I discovered new tech when playing around with jump heights. I found out, that if you do a standard paused super jump, you don't jump quite as high as a pauseless super jump sometimes. This is because the paused super jump inputs two jumps on the same frame, but a super jump can also be done on two consecutive frames. So you can achieve a slightly higher jump by pause jumping, advancing one frame, and jumping again. This only works ~40% of the time, because for some reason frame advancing sometimes advances too far.
I used this new strat when exiting lvl 2 and in the upward shaft in the start of lvl 3. I accidentally advanced too far in the upward shaft in lvl 3 when trying to line up the jump. Otherwise I think this run is pretty much flawless.
