Ray Williams, All Nine Lifts, 2023 Powerlifting America Nationals

Ray won the national championship by a large margin. Powerlifting America is the IPF affiliate for the U.S., and uses the same testing organization as the Olympic Committee. Ray has always lifted in drug tested meets.
