Lake Ouachita State Park Campground Review | Arkansas RV Camping Guide

Come along with us for a detailed tour and review of beautiful Lake Ouachita State Park in Arkansas! This was the very first destination for Ron and me in our fifth wheel, and after spending several days exploring the park, we wanted to create the kind of campground review we would have found helpful when planning our own stay. In this video, we’ll show you the different campground areas and how they compare, including wooded sites, waterfront camping, full-hookup sites and primitive tent camping. We’ll also take a look at the camper cabins and larger vacation cabins, clean bathhouses and showers, the full-service marina, boat launch and trailer parking, swimming and day-use areas, Three Sisters Springs, the Visitor Center and Caddo Bend Trail. We’ll also share some of the practical things we noticed during our stay, including campground Wi-Fi and our experience with Verizon cell coverage. One of our favorite things about Lake Ouachita is that there’s plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the park—and Hot Springs is close enough for an easy day trip if you’d like to explore even more of the area.
