EoSD (New Classic) Meiling's Theme: Shanghai Alice of Meiji 17 (EXTENDED)

Hong Meiling's theme. Some people already know this, but this theme was originally an arrangement of a song of the same name I made for the music CD "Dolls in Pseudo Paradise". That DiPP version is very different, rather retro and eerie in tone, which I also quite liked, so I tried bringing this remake a bit closer to that.
