Plants Vs. Zombies Challenge - Survival Day (Hard) With ONLY Mushrooms!

Plants Vs. Zombies has an achievement called "Good Morning" which involves beating any Day level with only mushrooms. That's something, but what if we tried to play through Survival Day (Hard) with ONLY mushrooms? That's quite the task, in fact I've never seen anyone try it before. How hard could it be?
