Finding the perfect grind on Timemore C3 ESP PRO for DeLonghi Dedica EC885 bottomless portafilter

Unboxed a new manual coffee grinder (Timemore Chestnut C3 ESP PRO) and try to find the perfect grind size for a bottomless portafilter on DeLonghi Dedica Arte EC885.
