Tum ek bar dikhe aur beshumar dikhe! Mujhe ye darr tha ke tum bhi kahi wahi to nahi! Jo jism par hi tammna ke daag chorte hain! Khuda ka shukar ke tum unse mukhtalif nikle! Jo phool tod ke gusse me baag chodte hain! Zayda waqt na guzra tha is taluq ko! Ke uske bad wo lamha kareeb kareeb aaya! Chua tha tum ne mujhe aur mujhe mohabbat par! Yakeen aaya tha lekin kabhi nahi aaya! Fir uske bad mera nasha-e-shakut gaya! Main kashmokash me thi, tum mere kon lagte ho? Main amrita tumhe sochu to mere sahir ho! Main fareha tumhe sochu to joon lagte ho! Ham ek sath rahe aur hame pata na chala! Talukaat ki had bundiya bhi hoti hain! Mohabbton ke safar me jo raste hain wahin! Hawas ki samt me pagdandiyan bhi hoti hain! Tumhre waste jo mere dil me hai ‘hafi’! Tumhe main kash ke sab kuch kabhi bata pati! Aur ab mazid na milne ki koi wajah nahi!
