Stories vs. Requirements

I just realized that this video has been driving traffic for 3 years now. Just as relevant now though I have to say my approach has changed (and my video shooting capability has improved)! If you hear that you need "better requirements" back up and stop. You're getting semi-bad advice. You do need better requirements - but most consultants will happily help you "derive better requirements" for you - but that's probably the wrong thing to do. We don't naturally think in term of requirements. BUT - we are all natural storytellers and we are genetically wired to think in terms of stories. When we hear stories we can't help but think of ourselves being inside them. So - start with Stories.... This approach works just as well for blockchain and Self Sovereign Identity projects.
