गांव पंघाल, हिसार (हरियाणा): गौशाला की एक प्रार्थना पर संत रामपाल जी ने चारा गोदाम का काम कराया शुरू || SA News Channel A major cattle-welfare infrastructure project has begun at a Gaushala in Village Panghal, Barwala, Hisar, Haryana, where the management had been facing a serious problem storing dry fodder safely. Because there was no proper covered storage facility, dry fodder had to be kept outside, leaving it vulnerable to rain and weather damage. To address this issue, the Gaushala committee and village representatives approached Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj and requested support for a dedicated fodder warehouse. Following the request, construction of a large fodder storage godown was approved under the Gau Suraksha Abhiyan. The original approved size was described as approximately 50×100 feet. However, due to the available space at the site, construction was started at around 40×100 feet, with a request to extend its length so that the overall covered area remains closer to the originally approved capacity. The construction work has now formally started in the presence of the Gram Panchayat, Gaushala committee and local residents. Material for the project was brought to the site and the foundation/construction process was initiated after the ceremonial start. Gaushala representatives explained that without a proper storage structure, a significant quantity of dry fodder could deteriorate during rainfall. Once completed, the new godown will allow fodder to be stored in a safer and more organized manner, helping ensure a reliable food supply for the cattle. The committee had also raised the need for a fodder-cutting machine, and the report states that this requirement was also accepted along with the storage facility. The main work shown in this report, however, is the start of the fodder godown construction. This initiative forms part of the wider Gau Suraksha Abhiyan associated with Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, under which Gaushalas are being supported according to practical requirements such as fodder, sheds, storage facilities, water arrangements and other essential resources. This ground report from Panghal, Hisar, Haryana highlights how a long-standing fodder-storage problem is now being addressed through the construction of a dedicated warehouse, helping protect cattle feed from rain and reducing wastage.
