🇲🇽❤️ Mexican Independence Day… celebrated in India! 🇮🇳🇲🇽 This Mexican Independence Day, I wanted to do something special for my Mexican wife, Gaby, so she could feel a little closer to home—even while being thousands of kilometres away from Mexico. ❤️ So I took her to Guac-a-mole Co. in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, for a Mexican-inspired celebration, and my father joined us too! 🌮🎉 We enjoyed some amazing food together, including burritos, lamb tacos, and an avocado paneer quinoa bowl. And honestly… we enjoyed the food WAY too much! 😂🌯🌮 But this wasn't just about food.
