This can be quite a rough start. It doesn't look like it, but the Island can support you up to the Iron Age and getting a small fleet of Triremes and Catapult Triremes. Go for War Galleys and get a fleet of 7 out (8 might be slightly more comfortable). Keep 4-5 active to the E shore, 3 by the Dock should be fine. The enemy is REALLY good at microing their ships, so you almost always want them to be well within range before landing the first hit, or have a numbers advantage. You want to keep all ships alive, as repairs only cost 50% of the Wood per HP% of value (from 1HP it will cost half of the production cost of a new one). This allows you to save your wood for Farms and upgrades to the Trireme. With Triremes you'll be able to expand to the SE Island. I think an alternative strategy might involve rushing the Aegean Pirates main base in the N, as when I did eventually land there I didn't notice much in the way of retaliation from Luwians. Aegean Pirates are semi-rare harassers that won't get past Scout Ships, but they have resources on Islands that you'll want. However it will be harder to defend early on if you're spread out there. I went for a slow shut down of the Luwians whilst exploring more of the map. When you can add Juggernauts you'll snowball, but expect to be dealing with Stone Throwers. They have multiple docks spread about the shore, and will continually try to rebuild to one once you've taken them out. This will bleed their resources whilst you prepare for a raid on the N. Losing Triremes isn't that annoying as it's only Wood, but without the S Island (which I take mistakenly) or the Aegean Pirates base locked down be wary of the Wood you have left. Aegean Pirates had no units in their base, I was expecting them to actually put up resistance, and as such going their earlier with the Catapult Triremes and a small raiding party would work a lot better, and the N islands could be locked down for Stone/Gold easier. With Luwians locked down by shore I drop a couple of Towers and at that point it's obvious on rewatching that they were done at this point. I send in Heliopolis to wrap up the game.
