😱 Patriot SHOCKS Battlefield 14-7 | FR QB Anthony Mallory & PSU Commit Mathieu Lamah Lead the Way

The streak is over. Patriot shocks the high school football world with a 14-7 win over crosstown rival Battlefield, snapping the Bobcats’ 48-game regular season win streak — their first regular season loss since 2019. Freshman QB Anthony Mallory earns our Riddell x NSMT Player of the Game, accounting for 2 total touchdowns (1 rushing, 1 passing) and clutch throws throughout the night. Meanwhile, 4⭐️ Penn State commit Mathieu Lamah (‘26) anchored a dominant Patriot defense — racking up 10 tackles, 3 TFLs, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, and a QB pressure that led to an interception — holding Battlefield’s offense scoreless. Battlefield’s only points came from a punt return touchdown, but Patriot’s defense and discipline sealed the rivalry upset. 🎥 Full highlights and recap from our NSMT Game of the Week. 📍 Battlefield High School (Haymarket, VA) 🏈 Final Score: Patriot 14 – Battlefield 7 👉 Subscribe for more DMV high school football coverage: @the_nsmt 🔔 Turn on notifications so you don’t miss our next Game of the Week drop! 🎖 Riddell x NSMT Player of the Game: Anthony Mallory – QB, Patriot (Fr.) 📸 Follow us on Instagram: @the_nsmt 📲 Follow us on X/Twitter: @the_nsmt
