Each movement carries meaning — focus, humility and the experience of the warrior’s path. ℹ️ The wai kru shown in the video is performed by Kru Toom, who was a guest of the Thai Box Academy for almost a year, and during this time he traveled the country as an authentic representative of traditional Muay Thai and Muay Boran. Kru Toom is a pillar member of Lannafighting and a student of Master Kru Din, the leader of the Lanna team and one of the most important figures of the traditional northern style. Wai kru was a highlight of the joint work: passing on culture, tradition and respect for masters to all students. 🙏 This recording shows the true roots of Muay Thai — a martial art that is not only a technique, but also a heritage❗
