The ceremony in St. Patricks Church after the parade marked the formal laying up of the old colours of the 1st Battalion The Royal Irish Regiment. Accompanying the Pipes Drums & Bugles of the R.I.R. was the "Friends Of Campbell College Pipe Band" also in the parade were current service personnel, veterans & cadets.
