How We Align Our Custom Chevy Express/GMC Savanna Headlights Before Shipping!

Ever wondered how we check the beam alignment on our custom Chevy Express and GMC Savana headlights before shipping them? In this episode of Behind the Build, we're showing you the headlight alignment jig we built ourselves using scrap metal and a junkyard radiator support. We'll walk you through how we use our jig, laser level, and beam-pattern checks to help prepare our headlights before they leave the shop. It's one of the ways we work to deliver a better product to our customers. 💡 Shop our Express/Savana lighting products: https://dynamiclighting.co Follow us: Instagram, Facebook & TikTok: @DynamicLightingLLC Dynamic Lighting LLC Outshine the Competition. #ChevyExpress #GMCSavana #CustomHeadlights
