Criminal Case: Travels Of Mystery: Case#31

After solving the cases in North America but unsuccessfully arresting the traveler, we found out that he contacted someone with the words: "Proceed with plan B." No indication of the receiving side, but Jerrod found out that the phone that received the message came from Vilykiev Mental Asylum in Odessa, Ukraine. We arrived at the asylum, only for Hornet to meet with his old acquaintance. When asked about any suspicious people, he said that something shady was being swept under the rug here... but that talk was cut short when one of the orderlies came running, saying that a patient had just been found dead in the corridor. What secrets is this place hiding? Is the patient's death connected somehow to this plot? Or is he the person who received the message? You have to stay vigilant to solve this crazy case.
