TBOI Rep+ New Save: Unlocking Gilded Key

It's a tainted Cain run, so buckle up for an hr+ long run! I know External Item Descriptions can help, but I don't want to resort to it unless I have to. I have it downloaded but not enabled. I've played with the idea of deleting it, but I've ran into an issue once or twice where Internal item Descriptions (the one Nicalis added via rep+) glitched and didn't display what an item spun down into.
