What if the biggest barrier to inclusion isn't autism—but the environment?
In this video, we explore how community inclusion is about much more than simply extending an invitation. True inclusion means creating environments where autistic adults feel welcomed, respected, and valued for who they are.
We discuss how businesses, organizations, and community groups across Upstate South Carolina can make small, intentional changes—such as using clear communication and reducing sensory barriers—to foster "felt safety" and genuine belonging.
Featured Spotlight: NeuroConnect 💙
NeuroConnect is a monthly social gathering for neurodivergent adults designed to create opportunities for connection, friendship, and authentic community participation.
