MEGALODON VS TODAY'S SHARKS

Sharks have been hunting the oceans for 450 million years, longer than trees have existed and long before the first dinosaurs. They've survived multiple mass extinctions and produced one of the most terrifying predators of all time: the megalodon, a giant shark that grew up to around 15 meters (50 feet) long. In this episode of The Decoding Chi, we trace the incredible story of sharks from their ancient origins to the megalodon's reign and the species that still patrol our oceans today.
