Backpacking Olympic National Park | 52 Miles of Wild Coast: Oil City to Shi Shi Beach

No better way to spend spring break than a beach party on the Pacific Northwest Coast. This was a 8 day/7 night backpacking trip along Olympic National Park's wild coast in early April 2023. My friend, J.R. Luii, and I started at Oil City and ended the trip at Shi Shi Beach. Despite having pretty bad weather forecast for this trip, we still decided to attempt it because of the equinox tides that happen this time of the year, unlocking the route the entire length of the way.
