Anytone DMR & NXDN user id database updating (AT-D890UV, AT-D8788UVII+, and others)

This is a video demonstrating how to format the DMR & NXDN databases so that the US states are abbreviated, and also general steps to change whatever you like before uploading them into your Anytone radio.
