BALAYAGE | Warm & Textured Balayage on Dark Hair

BALAYAGE | I wanted to create a warm and textured balayage on dark hair in this how to, showcasing O&M's warm naturals to tone the hair. Working on level two hair that has been coloured so I was interested to see how it lifted once the warm balayage was finished. Using my normal placement however, I bunch my tip out and then left hair out to give some dimension to the hair to create stronger areas of light so it didn't get lost when I toned it down to a level 6. I was saying in the intro, these warm colours are the most requested in Australia at the moment. 80% of people want some type of balayage which is great, but I do find that the effortless appliance makes people think that it is a lot easier than it really is! I think these colours are very technical and time consuming. Anyway, the warm and textured colour turned out as expected on the balayage and and the foils puffed up a bit, so I did feel like i needed to take it off. I was really happy with the level of lightness because we weren't going for a blonde colour. Hope you like this one!
