Ep #69: Satan's Worst Nightmare at Halloween with Ann Aschauer

What happens when a theatre major, a creative idea, and a heart for sharing the gospel come together? You get an extraordinary God Wink that turned a simple yard display into a powerful ministry that impacted hundreds of lives for more than 15 years! In this episode of The God Wink Podcast, we hear from Ann Aschauer, who partnered with her friend Kelly to find a creative way to share the hope of Jesus during a season when the world often celebrates death. Their thought-provoking idea? What if Christians celebrated life half as much as the world celebrates death? That simple question sparked something incredible. Ann and Kelly began decorating Kelly’s yard with homemade tombstones featuring Scripture. As people stopped to read the messages, Kelly would be on the other side of the window, quietly praying for them. What began as a creative yard display eventually grew into a dramatic production that attracted more than 700 people and continued for over 15 years! But the story doesn't stop there. Along the way, God’s divine protection showed up in some truly unforgettable ways. From a random room full of Bibles to a powerful storm that somehow never touched the house where the production was taking place, these are the kinds of moments that remind us that God is always at work—even when we can't see what He's doing.
