Tiny Fairy House - Sims 4 Speed Build #24

This speed build is inspired by a small 2 story home that I found on Pinterest. It has 2 levels, upper and lower deck spaces, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. This would be ideal for a guest house, rental, studio or small home. It features a timber frame, open-concept living/kitchen space, with a covered patio and rustic charm with modern comfort. This build will be available on the gallery. Use #rescuette.
