A Bigger Tractor or Another Field? | FS25 Rags to Riches Ep. 12

A bigger tractor finally appears in the sale—but buying it would delay our next field. After our first silage sale brings in a reported $12,455, do we invest in more power or more land? Welcome back to Episode 12 of our Farming Simulator 25 Rags to Riches challenge on Zielonka! May opens with more hail, a grass field that still needs lime, and our first silage harvest almost finished fermenting. We add the Lizard GA-18 to our loading setup, work out how to get the crop out of the bunker, and haul the silage away for our first sale. Then the shop gives us a difficult choice: a T8000-series tractor with far more power than our hardworking starter tractor, or another field to grow the farm's own production. We choose the land. Field 82 costs $40,128, bringing our holdings to fields 80, 81, and 82. Bees join the farm too, while the greenhouse and chickens keep producing. Another grass cut brings in a reported 62,000 liters before compaction, with about 60,000 liters reported afterward. The bigger tractor stays on the wish list. Closing cash is the account balance, not episode profit. Next steps: finish getting the new ground into grass, maintain greenhouse and chicken production, address the lime requirement, and rebuild our cash toward more capable equipment.
