Fast as a breeze

Stanley’s third time on the treadmill and he’s already showing up strong. He’s new to this, so we’re taking it one step at a time — just a few focused minutes a day to build his confidence and get him comfortable. Food-motivated and full of potential, this boy is putting in the work. We got this treadmill secondhand off Marketplace, but the mission is brand new: neither of us is staying the same. If I’m going to lose the weight, Stanley’s coming with me. No excuses. Just progress. Consistency turns effort into results. A few months of this and I believe he’ll be a natural.
