I tried a $120 omakase in Vancouver to see if it could compare to Japan… 🍣🇯🇵👀 The quality was genuinely impressive ,fresh, well-prepared, and a really enjoyable experience. It’s also a pretty lowkey, intimate spot, which makes it feel like a hidden gem.
