The Knives Are Out

The plaintiff says he rented an apartment with the defendant and her wife, the co-defendant. He claims the defendant would violently fight with her wife and throw knives at her. He’s suing them for an eviction settlement and emotional distress. The defendants say the plaintiff is violent, and they’re countersuing because he called police on one of them knowing she had an outstanding arrest warrant.
