Bring Me to Life was written by Ben Moody, Amy Lee and David Hodges and was the second track and lead single from Fallen, Evanescences' debut studio album released in March 2003. Bring Me to Life was a worldwide hit, reaching number 1 on the UK Singles chart, number 1 on the UK Rock & Metal, number 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and charting in the top ten all over the world. It won the Grammy award for Best Hard Rock Performance and was part of the film Daredevil's soundtrack.
