Shop Talk Video 1

This song was written by my friend Ernie Burnell, and we performed it in a few bands; The Songs, Shiela in the Dark, and Meeting of the Minds. In this version I'm playing all of the parts. The Lyrics; Verse 1 I wake up at the mourn of dawn, my rest is torn and now I'm gone, a working wage all day long, more overtime same old song. Chorus I'm doing time, turn my head around, I'm doing time, all I hear is shop talk, (repeat) Verse 2 I'm off to work I'm on the road; I'm joined in with the traffic flow; a mug of coffee in all the cars, I'd rather work on planet Mars. Chorus Bridge to solo - solo section Verse 3 Come Friday night bar time here, I'll have a dance another beer, Repeat Chorus - repeat multiple times then "Shop Talk" 5 times As always, thanks for watching!!!
