Our Fuerteventura adventure continues… and this day went from nearly losing my camera at the bottom of a swimming pool to eating some of the BEST food we’ve ever had! 🇪🇸🌴 We started the day in the pool in Caleta de Fuste, trying out our new swimming goggles and practicing diving underwater. Krystal had her UV goggles while I was trying to actually keep mine on my face for more than five seconds 😂 Some dives went well… others definitely didn’t. Then things got interesting. While Krystal was filming me diving, I accidentally hit the camera and sent it all the way down to the bottom of the pool — around 2.8–3 metres deep! 😳 I had to dive down THREE TIMES before I finally managed to recover it. By the time I got back up, I was completely out of breath and my head was pounding! But after all of that, we hadn’t eaten for around 7 HOURS, so it was finally time for food… And we discovered D3 in Caleta de Fuste. This place completely surprised us. 🍝 One of the best spaghetti carbonaras I’ve ever eaten 🍕 An incredible cheesy pizza 🥭 Pineapple, mango & apple smoothie 🧀 Parmesan all over the carbonara 🌴 Amazing atmosphere ☀️ Perfect Fuerteventura weather The flavours were genuinely unbelievable. Whether that was because we hadn’t eaten for seven hours or because the food really was THAT good… you’ll have to decide 😂 We walked out feeling like we’d entered some sort of food coma. And then there was the mysterious mint in the drink… which definitely tasted suspiciously like something else 👀😂 Unfortunately, there was one final problem. After spending the morning around the swimming pool under the Fuerteventura sun, we realised we’d been absolutely destroyed by sunburn. 🔥 So the final mission of the day was finding a shop and getting some much-needed aloe vera! From underwater disasters to amazing Italian food and brutal sunburn… another completely normal day in Fuerteventura 😂 If you enjoyed the adventure, LIKE the video, SUBSCRIBE and join us for the next one! #Fuerteventura #CaletaDeFuste #FuerteventuraVlog #TravelVlog #CallumSquibb
