This weeks recipe is Brussel Sprouts Caesar Salad.  This is a delicious take on the classic Caesar's salad but with a more flavorful crunch and hardiness from the Brussels Sprouts.  We pair this with a delicious homemade dressing with just the right amount of zing from the lemons and other flavors.  This recipe is fantastic, and is great for summer BBQ s and family gatherings.This recipe is part of our 4 part series of summer salads.  It's a great way for a fresh salad to accompany your favorite keto entree's.  This salad would be great with chicken or bacon added. The original recipe says it serves 4 people, but honestly because of the hardiness of the brussel sprouts I think that 4 - 6 oz servings would be plenty.  We added a bit of natural sweetener and this enhanced the flavor, and gave you sort of tangy and sweet taste.  This salad got better over time as it sat.We hope you and your family enjoy this delicious summer salad.
