"Wolf! Wolf!" Baa, baa, is it true? 🐑 We turned Aesop's fable "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" into a bouncy country hoedown: bored Luca shouting "Wolf!" just for fun, the stormy night when a real wolf came and nobody believed him, Grandma ringing the big bell because she trusted his tears, and Luca playing his flute instead of shouting. Huff, puff, they run, but no wolf "Hee hee, fooled you again!" Grandma looks so very sad "A lie makes a hole in hearts" Rumble, boom! Dark clouds roll in Flash, flash! Two eyes, a real wolf "Wolf! It's a real wolf!" "Hmph, just another trick" "Why won't anyone come? It's true!" Creep, creep, Snowflake's in danger "Grandma, I lied before, I know" "But this time it's really true" Drip, drop, big tears fall "Your eyes are telling the truth" Ding-dong, ding-dong, the big bell rings "Please, everyone, believe my Luca" "If Grandma says so, let's go!" Torches, bells, ding-a-ling, hooray! "Go away, wolf! Taste my pot!" Whoosh! The wolf runs far away "Wolf! Wolf!" Luca shouts out loud Baa, baa, is it true, is it true? Clap, clap, stomp, stomp, tell the truth And everyone will believe you At sunset, Luca stands up tall "I'm so sorry that I lied" "Holes in cheese are yummy, ho ho" "But holes in hearts are trouble" Tell the truth every single day And the hole fills up bit by bit Toot-toot, Luca plays his flute Baa, baa, is it true, is it true?
