Test and Play - DC Cancel, World Heroes Supreme Justice

Stress testing my recently dropped DC Command Library by installing it into the excellent World Heroes Fangame from ‪@magggas.‬ Sadly, I could never recall the full chain throw sequence for Muscle Power, but he's still fun to play. Anyway, the command display is really just an auxiliary feature - the real meat is back-porting some of the new native features of OpenBOR 4.x to 3.x, plus setting up commands based on dozens of mix and match criteria, including AI control chains and up to 1024 cancel options per animation.
