Catching limits of Sand Bass on the Victory out of Long Beach, CA

Come fishing with me on the Mighty Victory!! Out of Long Beach, CA Berth 55 I had the chance to go on my favorite 3/4 day boat the Victory. We crushed the Sand Bass on fly line, dropper loop and even on Hook up bait plastics.
