Is Any Heart Godless? | God Stays with You even when You Deny Him | Swami Mukundananda | BG 9.4

Have you ever wondered… Is there any place where God does not exist? Is there any heart beyond His presence—even the heart of someone who does not believe in Him? 🙏💙 We search for God in temples, sacred scriptures, distant heavens, and moments of prayer. But what if the Divine has never been far away? What if the very universe we inhabit is pervaded by His presence, and there is not a single corner of creation beyond Him? In Bhagavad Gita 9.4, Lord Krishna reveals a profound truth to Arjuna: “By Me, in My unmanifest form, this entire universe is pervaded. All beings dwell in Me, but I do not dwell in them.” Through this illuminating discourse, Swami Mukundananda takes us on a beautiful journey into the mystery of God's omnipresence. With the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, the poetry of three celebrated Urdu poets, and the touching story of Lord Ram and Maharishi Valmiki, he invites us to see the Divine beyond the boundaries of our limited perception. ✨ Can God be absent from a heart simply because that heart does not believe in Him? A beautiful exchange between Mirza Ghalib, Allama Iqbal, and Ahmad Faraz unfolds a thought-provoking message: even when someone is unaware of God, His presence is not diminished. Perhaps it is not God who is missing from our lives, but our awareness of Him. Swamiji also explains the relationship between God and His creation through the analogy of the sun and its rays, illuminating the distinction between the Divine and His energy. The universe is not separate from His power; His presence pervades every aspect of creation. And then comes a moving lesson from Maharishi Valmiki. When Lord Ram asks where He should reside during His forest exile, Valmiki responds with a question that captures the wonder of divine omnipresence: “Where do You not reside?” Pause for a moment and contemplate this truth. The One you seek in distant places may be present in the silence of your heart, in the beauty of the universe, and in places where no one thinks to look for Him. If God pervades all creation, can any place truly be without Him? And if He is present everywhere, how might your life change when you begin to recognize Him? May this teaching deepen your faith, awaken your awareness, and help you experience the Divine not merely as a distant presence, but as the ever-present reality underlying all creation. 🪷 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏳ CHAPTERS 00:00 — Where Is God Not?
