Buffy & Faith - Hanging By A Moment

AU - Colour parts are buffy and faith in a relationship in the present and the black and white is the past. Basically faith is in prison and gets a vision that buffy dies, and then after going abit insane with it she see's buffy come back to life and goes in search of her.
