YOU REPRESENT THE KING—Act Like You Know Who You Are in Christ | Elder Bernie Cevis

Do you really know who you are—and who you represent? Every believer has been called to more than simply attend church. According to Scripture, we are **ambassadors for Christ**—representatives of Heaven carrying the message, character, and authority of our King. In this powerful message, Elder Bernie Cevis challenges believers to act like they know who they are in Christ. When God makes you a new creation, your past no longer has the authority to define your identity, your purpose, or your future. Sermon: "Act Like You Know: We Are Ambassadors for Christ!" Speaker: Elder Bernie Cevis Focus Scriptures: 2 Corinthians 5:17–21 and Matthew 16:18–19 *Church:* Restoration Tabernacle Second Corinthians 5 teaches that anyone who is in Christ is a new creation. God has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ and has entrusted believers with the ministry and message of reconciliation. Matthew 16 reminds us that Christ is building His Church and has given Kingdom authority to His people. In this message, you will be encouraged to: • Understand your identity as a new creation in Christ • Stop allowing your past to control your present • Recognize your assignment as an ambassador for Jesus • Represent Christ through your words, conduct, and decisions • Carry the message of reconciliation to others • Walk confidently in the authority God has given His Church • Remember that your life should point people toward the King An ambassador does not represent themselves. An ambassador speaks and acts on behalf of the one who sent them. At home, at work, in church, and throughout your community, remember: You represent the King. Act like you know! 💬 Declare in the comments: “I am an ambassador for Christ!” 👍 Like this message if it strengthened your faith. 📤 Share it with someone who needs to remember their identity in Christ. 🔔 Subscribe to Restoration Tabernacle for powerful preaching, worship, biblical teaching, and Christian encouragement.
