Landing Page Design Process in Figma: Header Image and Branding – Part 2

In the second part of our landing page design process series we're going to take the wireframes from the first part and transform them into an actual visual design in the UI software Figma. This part focuses specifically on the first section every user sees: the above-the-fold section including the header image. While creating this header image in Figma I'm going over some general graphic design concepts regarding composition such as the Rule of Thirds and deciding which focal point to use in your design. While designing the header image we're also establishing some brand elements for our fictional brand. Things like typography, color and shape language. We will later use these definitions for all of the remaining sections.
