Knocked Around by a Con Artist

The plaintiff says she met the defendant online and they dated, but he turned out to be a physically abusive con man. She even had to have him arrested after he threatened her with a knife. She’s suing him for loans, medical expenses, and pain and suffering. The defendant admits they got into a fight, but he alleges she attacked him and he had to remove her from his place after she kicked his dog.
