If your PS3 can """only""" do 650/800, or 700/900 max, it's already enough ! OCing WILL reduce the lifespan of your console and there are diminishing returns starting from 700MHz core and 800MHz VRAM. ⚠️ DO NOT OVERCLOCK A 20XX SLIM MORE THAN 650/850 ! FOR A 21XX, DON'T TRY TO EXCEED 700/900 ! ⚠️ Only a few PS3s will be able to handle 800 on core (or more). As for memory, 1000MHz is risky to try if you don't possess a hardware flasher. ⚠️ Never jump to high values without knowing the limits of your PS3. Proceed step by step.
