Inside a Stonegate Builders Home in Maple Grove | Parade of Homes #73 | Marion D Home Tour

Welcome to Festival of Homes — Parade Home #73! I toured the Marion D by Stonegate Builders in the Evanswood neighborhood of Maple Grove, Minnesota: white board-and-batten siding with stone, a flex room, a great room with a stone fireplace and built-ins, a kitchen with a long island, a sunroom and grill deck, an upstairs loft and laundry, an owner's suite with a tiled shower and walk-in closet, and a lower level with a rec room, wet bar and game room. The sign lists 5 beds, 5 baths, a 3-car garage and 3,770 sq ft. 🏡 Parade of Homes #73 · the Marion D by Stonegate Builders — @stonegatebuilders 📍 10163 Peony Lane N., Maple Grove, MN · Evanswood Website: stonegatebuilders.com · Instagram: @stonegatebuilders · Facebook: facebook.com/stonegatebuildersmn ABOUT THE BUILDER: Stonegate Builders stands out for customization, with in-house architects, designers and builders to help you plan your home.
