Big Progress on My Narrowboat's New Living Space!

My Narrowboat's Extra Room Is Finally Taking Shape! After months of planning, my narrowboat is finally one step closer to getting an extra room! But first, we've got a beautiful stretch of the Llangollen Canal to navigate, including two tunnels and the spectacular Chirk Aqueduct. And, as usual, there's a bit of unexpected excitement along the way! 😂 I've also got a new gadget for my tiller, which should make steering a lot more comfortable. Unfortunately, something that should have been a simple £41 modification turned into a bit of a saga… thank goodness for my mate Andy! I got the Tiller from   / stainlessmarinefabrications   Once we reach Chirk, it's time for the main event! The lovely team from All Seasons Boat Canopies are coming to measure and pattern Jolly Roger's new stern canopy. It's not the finished canopy just yet, but the framework and template are finally taking shape, and I can't wait to have that extra living space aboard. After 16 years of living on narrowboats, I'm still finding ways to make life afloat even better. So grab a brew, come aboard and join Bonny and me for another adventure on the cut!
