ASEAN Regional Dialogue on Circular Economy

Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered pre-recorded remarks today at the ASEAN Regional Dialogue on Circular Economy (ARDCE) 2026, held in Makati City, the Philippines. In his message, he reaffirmed ASEAN’s commitment to advancing the circular economy transition and emphasised the importance of strengthened partnerships and regional cooperation in translating commitments into practical action. He also highlighted the need for collective efforts to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and scale up circular solutions across the region.
