Join me for a 35-minute gentle yoga flow designed to help you slow down, move your body and reconnect with your breath. This is a low-intensity, accessible daily yoga practice suitable for beginners and all levels. You don't need any equipment or props, although if you usually enjoy practising with a yoga block, you might like to have one nearby. The intention isn't to push, sweat or achieve the perfect pose. It's simply to make a little space in your day to breathe, move and feel good. Please listen to your body throughout the practice and modify or skip anything that doesn't feel right for you. Adapt the practice to suit your own body, energy and personal needs. FILMED IN CORNWALL I'm filming this class from the beautiful Zen Den in Cornwall, where I teach throughout the summer. The Zen Den has an epic view out over the sea and cliffs — sadly you can't see it from where I've positioned the camera, but believe me, it's pretty special! If you're in Cornwall and would like to join me for an in-person class at the Zen Den, get in touch for details. 🌿 YOGA RETREAT IN SINTRA, PORTUGAL I also still have a few spaces available on my yoga retreat in beautiful Sintra, Portugal, **29 September–3 October**. If you'd like a few days of yoga, movement, rest, good food, nature and time to properly switch off, I'd love to have you there. 👉 Find out more about the retreat and book your space: https://www.yogawithlyds.com/retreats ✨ *SUBSCRIBE* If you enjoyed this practice, subscribe to my channel and turn on notifications so you know when I upload my next yoga class. Thank you for practising with me. I hope this gives you 35 minutes to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself. With love, Lydia *Please remember:* This yoga practice is for general wellness and is not a substitute for medical advice. Listen to your body and modify the practice to suit your individual needs.
