I really enjoyed poignancy of music of this Eastern Euriopean violinist. There was a Russian tinge to the sound. I couldn't help observing that he seemed to attract, or so it appeared, to be a lot of people from similar parts of the world. It was positive and heartening to see their faces light up; they looked to be so at home with the music.
